1997 – our inception
Tecnoservice Bucuresti was founded as a joint stock company with a staff of 12;
TÜV SÜDDEUTSCHLAND, ISO-9001 certification for Quality Management System was obtained.
1998
Participated as a majority shareholder for the foundation of Tecnoservice Buzau;
Created a new Design Department for boilers, pressure vessels, power plant auxiliary equipment and steel structures;
Succeeded in signing our first EPC contract with Ansaldo Vølund, Denmark for Waste Incineration Plant Amager.
1999
Succeeded in signing EPC contracts with Fortum Engineering LTD Finland for the rehabilitation of Iasi and Suceava PP Units 1 and 2.
2000
Signed the EPC contract with Fortum Engineering LTD, Finland, Alstom France and Itochu Corporation Japan for the rehabilitation of Brăila PP;
Signed the EPC contract with Fortum Engineering LTD, Finland, Alstom France and Itochu Corporation Japan for the rehabilitation of Deva PP;
ASME U-Stamp authorization for pressure vessels.
2001
We have been granted the TÜV SÜDDEUTSCHLAND, AD – Merkblatt HP 0/TRD 201/TRT 009 certification for pressure vessels manufacturing in conjunction with EN 729-3.
2002
Tecnoservice Buzau merged with Tecnoservice Bucuresti.
2003
Signed the EPC contract with Itochu Corporation Japan, Toshiba Corporation Japan and Babcock Hitachi Japan for the rehabilitation of Paroseni PP Unit 4.
2004
Signed the EPC contract with Itochu Corporation Japan and Toshiba Mitsubishi T&D Japan for Brazi Vest 400/220kV Substation.
2006
Successfully completed the rehabilitation of the Paroseni PP Unit 4.
2007
Signed the EPC for ESP modernization with Colterm Timisoara.
2009
Signed the EPC contract for the turnkey construction of the Start-up plant at Paroseni PP.
2010
Signed the EPC contract for FGD & DSS for Paroseni PP Unit 4;
Starts cooperation with LAB France and Lab GmbH for gas treatment systems.
2011
Successfully completed the construction of the Start-up plant at Paroseni PP.
2012
FGD & DSS project for Paroseni PP becomes effective;
RINA SIMTEX, ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems was obtained.
2013
Our company moves Headquarters to Swan Office & Technology Park;
We are re-certified by ASME with U-stamp;
We also receive the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.
2015
Start works at the Lisbjerg Biomass IncineratorProject in Aarhus,Denmark;
Recertification of the management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
2016
ASME and National Board re-certification for pressure vessel manufacturing acc. to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1.
2017
Celebrated our 20th anniversary.
2019
Completed FGD & DSS project at SE Paroseni Plant
2020
Signed new contracts for manufacturing equipment and erection of boiler and all related equipment with Sumitomo SHI FW Energia Oy, for Vuosaari C Bio Heat Plant, Finland
Signed new EPC contract with CM Termoenergetica Bucuresti SA for complete refurbishment of HWB at CT Floreasca, Bucharest, Romania
